The course aims to:

  • develop computational thinking through abstraction and decomposition
  • develop problem-solving ability.
  • develop an understanding of the range of contemporary computer hardware and software
  • develop and appreciation of the social impact of computer systems.
  • develop software development skills using pseudo code and languages such as VB, HTML and ASP.
