Introduction
Within the department all staff feel that every student is unique and ensure that they give the individual support, guidance and care necessary to provide them all with the opportunity to fulfil their potential through the many challenges open to them, both sporting and academic. Academically students have a wide range of L3 courses that meet their needs: OCR PE at AS and A2, for those wishing to follow a more vocational route we offer OCR National Certificate in Sport. For those less practically focused we offer AQA Leisure Studies at AS and A2. We also offer a wide range on enrichment activities including competitive and non-competitive sport. All of our sporting successes are rewarded at our Annual Sports Award evening.
