This course looks at the basic principles of cake decorating; the use of the correct equipment, ingredients and techniques of decorating cakes.
This is a practical hands-on course for beginners to learn the techniques of decorating, piping and the use of royal icing, buttercream and sugar paste to create designs.
You will learn through watching demonstrations and through your own practical work.
