Frantic Assembly Workshop

Frantic Assembly came into Aquinas to deliver a Physical Theatre workshop for the BTEC Actors this week. The workshop began by building energy through cardio exercises moving forward into ensemble movement work. Later in the day the students learnt about trust, balance and lifting techniques. They finished the day off performing a piece in pairs using lifts, movement and expression. Hard work but great fun and an inspirational start to the physical theatre unit.
