IMPORTANT NEWS – changes to A Level timetables for Summer 2020
Notification has been received from the JCQ and exam boards about changes to the A Level timetables for Summer 2020. These changes have been made to mitigate the risk of exam paper breaches and mainly affect the 3rd and 10th June where all exams originally scheduled in the morning will change to the afternoon and all exams originally scheduled in the afternoon will change to the morning. These changes have been reflected in the timetables below and highlighted in red for ease of identification.
Timetables for scheduled external written exams can be found below. Students may find these useful to aid revision and when planning future events outside of College. There are two versions, alphabetical by subject and chronological.
Every effort has been made to ensure these timetables are as comprehensive as possible, however, they may be subject to change. Individual student timetables will be finalised for the Summer exam season and published on MyAquinas after February half-term.
When making plans for the Summer please be aware that WEDNESDAY 24TH JUNE 2020 has been designated as a ‘Contingency Day’ by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and ALL students will need to be available up to and including this day in case an exam is rescheduled due to sustained national or local disruption during the Summer exam period.
Internal deadlines and/or dates for subjects that contain a ‘Non Examination Assessment’ or ‘Coursework’ element are set by the individual subject department and communicated to students by subject tutors.
