There are four units and a variety of interesting topics will be studied:

- Radiation and life
Unit 3
- Life on earth
- Food Matters

Unit 4
Students will learn a great deal about how science works in a way that is relevant to them. They will also develop skills which will enable them to weigh up evidence on both sides of an argument and make decisions about science issues. By the end of the course students should feel more confident about dealing with the science that they meet in their daily lives.
