Aquinas Design Students Stepping Hill Remembrance Display

Staff from Stepping Hill hospital (Helen Howard – Deputy Chief Nurse, Kathryn Glass – Quality Support Practitioner) approached our Art & Design students to create a piece of ‘artwork’ to be displayed on the walls of their chapel in the hospital. The display will be part of a remembrance service on Friday 9th November to commemorate 100 years since the end of WW1.

Art and Graphics students responded in their own way to the brief and produced some stunning responses. The nurses were very impressed by the response and took all of the work away to be used and displayed somehow.
