Talks from Dr David Torevell

We were pleased to welcome Dr David Torevell from Liverpool Hope University this week. David gave an excellent talk to both our lower and upper sixth students about the ‘person of Jesus’ focussing specifically on Jesus as wisdom and his Sermon on the Mount. Our students asked insightful questions and applied the Sermon on the Mount to peace negotiations in South Africa and Ireland.
