Adult Education Assistant Manager

The College wishes to appoint to the following post:

Adult Education Assistant Manager – up to full time (30 to 37 hrs to include Mon and Tues evenings to 9.00pm) term time plus or full year, TBA to support the Head of Adult Education to develop the service and curriculum offered and to manage the day-to-day running of the department. To provide a customer-focused, responsive and welcoming service giving helpful up to date advice and guidance on courses.  To ensure efficient administrative procedures are in place to satisfy management, examination boards, quality and data requirements and to ensure a high quality service is offered. Starting salary £24,222 – £26,471 depending on skills, qualifications and experience (pro-rata for part time, term time). Start date: 1st July 2021.

The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association (SFCA) Support Staff Pay Scale, as specified.  Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and must meet the appropriate person specification.
