College Administrator/ Secretary

The College wishes to appoint to the following post to start as soon as possible:

College Administrator/ Secretary – full time (37 hrs) term time plus or full year TBA to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal and the Senior Leadership team of this large Sixth Form College.  This role is integral to the successful and efficient working of the Principal’s office. It requires interpersonal skills of a very high calibre and a willingness and enthusiasm to become familiar with, and have a thorough knowledge of, College life, activities and systems. An ability to be able to get on with people is essential and a commitment to, and understanding of, the 16-19 education sector would be useful.

Starting Salary £21,296 – £24,932 (depending on skills and experience).

 The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association (SFCA) Support Staff Pay Scale, as specified.  Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and must meet the appropriate person specification.
