Learning Support Assistant – Pathways
The College wishes to appoint to the following post to start 30th August 2022:
Learning Support Assistant (Pathways) – up to 34.75 hours (Mon-Fri) term time to support and assist students with learning difficulties and disabilities on Entry and Level 1 courses. Appropriate qualifications and/or experience of learning difficulties and disabilities are desirable.
The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association (SFCA) Support Staff Pay Scale. Salary scale £20,126 – £20,771 depending on skills and experience. Actual pro-rata salary £16,095 – £16,611 – pay award pending.
Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and must meet the appropriate person specification.
