Transition and Wellbeing Lead
The College wishes to appoint to the following post to start in the autumn term 2023:
Transition and Wellbeing Lead – part time, term time, hours/days to be agreed
Salary scale £29,924 – £36,555 FTE (depending on qualifications, skills and experience), pro rata for part time.
- To deliver one to one support and bespoke group sessions for vulnerable students focussing on engagement, attendance, achievement, wellbeing, personal development, social skills, welfare and employability and to support the aims and values of the college as detailed in the college’s statement of purpose, vision and values
Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and meet the appropriate person specification. The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff pay scale.
