Well-Being Counselling
It is important for College to seek suitable opportunities to support our students sense of well-being, be that through the promotion of a balanced healthy lifestyle or provision of psychological or spiritual support.
We aim to provide access to a support network and services ready to help whenever a student may need it and this is an important part of our pastoral care ethos.
If a student needs to talk about anything that may be effecting their life or studies then there is a College counselling service available. Whether it be managing stress, coping with anxiety, a life change or looking for strategies for relaxation, the counsellor will work with a student to find solutions.
