Assistant Principal (Inclusion and Opportunity)
The Assistant Principal (Inclusion and Opportunity) is a senior leadership role for the vision, strategy and operational excellence of inclusive practice across the college. This leader will ensure that the college provides an environment where all students – particularly those with additional needs or disadvantaged backgrounds – can achieve, belong and thrive at the highest level.
Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and meet the appropriate person specification. The above appointments will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association Teaching Leadership Spine (points 8 – 12).
Salary scale £71,244 – £78,335
The salary is payable in monthly instalments on 28th of each month and is reviewed annually.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
